If anyone wants to see the V-22 model fly look on youtube.com Search under v-22 model. There are 3 vids from user rotormast. The ship gets into about 65 degrees of conversion. (25 degrees down from helicopter mode). Perfectly controllable thru out entire envelope. Waiting on some parts to get me down to 45 degrees of conversion.

Tom Great progress on the V22 .. it even has the whine as it flies by ... very awsome . It sounds like two electric motors and I am guessing 3 bladed airplane props ...or did you use Trex size gearing and cyclic control .. it looks more like the later as you have very good control in hover . Please tell us more and some still pix too .

The problem is that when you hit 45 degrees it acts as both a helicopter and a fixed wing plane as the flaps rutters and elevater start to be used then beyond 45 degrees its all airplane no more swashplate inputing to the heads they become rigid

Please keep us updated. And tell us a bit more about your project. How have you managed to synchronise the motors ? Are they counter rotating? Thanks David
