Got mine delivered on Wednesday & Wow, it's Tiny!!! After reading the supplied manual It's say's it not full range like the AR7000!
Not that it matters, it's going in a Foamie, but I thought the range was better than the AR6000. The range of my AR6000 in my trex is way farther than I can see but the foamie is gonna fly High!!
Can someone clear up why its better than th 6000??

and one more thing "DON'T BE AFRAID!"

6100 is DSM2, 6000 is not. You can feel the difference. As far as short range I don't belive it. The DX6 TX output 1/4mw, the DX7 TX output is 1mw, 4 x the power. Thats where the limited range comes from, not the RX. That being said it is possible to block signal to the smaller RXs behind large motors ect in bigger aircraft, thus not recommended. Just my $0.02.

EDIT If anyone disagrees with the output numbers I've posted pleased let me know as I have seen conflicting reports. Thanks.
