can you plug futaba servos into the receiver or do you have to cut the tabs off to do it?

Should I use the servos that come with the dx7 or use the futaba ones that i am using currently in my evo 50? I am currently using the futaba s3151 digital servos. which would be a better servo to use?

the stock dx servos are not that good
