I was just wondering about the trims on the dx7, are they sliders? Or are they a digital trim were the sliders do not move. I have the futaba 7x radio right now and the trims are all digital are really nice.

another question about the radio, do you have to bind everytime you want to fly or do you just switch on the tx and rx and go?

you first have to bind the reciver to the radio to use the reciver after that you only bind again after you set up the heli to program low stick postion for fail safe to the reciver.
after that you just turn on and fly

for fail safe? so if the heli lost signal or somthing then the throttle would go to low stick? right?

Am i right about the FS when i got the impression that the only thing learned when binding is the throttle channel, and that all other channels wold hold last known position no matter what the position was when binding when entering FS?
