Bah! I knew I should have waited another day before buying the regulator. Oh well. At least it's good to know that I won't have to worry about battery life .

Close to 8 hours, (7:59:39) and 9.2 Volts.
It seems to be more than enough juice in the batterypack for a nice day on the field.

It´s over

8 hours 13 minutes 43 seconds the Low Battery alarm sounds,
the display shows 9 Volts.

The result easily gives peace in mind, I will never be able to empty the TXbatterypack on a normal day at the field.

Wow, I'm gonna charge my batt with my Ice charger to see how many mAh I put back in & leave it on to see if I can get 7+hrs.
Mine went alot lower than 9v

I't beeped @ 9v, so I assume when it beeps, it's time to land Right?

Leaving on the table on an earlier test only gave me 2hr 15min & that was after fly'n for 1 hr with the AR6000 Rx.

That's why I must test again????????

I ended up calling Horizon Hobbies this morning & explained about the 7hr test.
Being on the table & not actualy flying, its an Extreme case but the Avrage flight time with the stock 1500 NiMh batery is around 3hrs & slightly lower if using the old AR6000 Rx.
I asked if it would Void my warranty if I cut the lead from the Tx battery lead to install the micro Deans connectors to use other batterys leaving the original lead conected to the circut board.
He told me that wouldn't void anything & expected that others will do the same in finding larger capacity batterys for flying longer times.
Thought you guys would like to know!
