| yeah, I guess thats the way to go Mr.Mel, but as long as the NiMh pack seems to work so good I think I will stick to it for a while. My only worry is the cold, as you know we sometimes have very cold winters here in Norway and NiMH is not very good in keeping the voltage on a useful level when it is below zero degrees outside.
I have "cheated" a little, I formatted the pack with a Pulsar2 charger, cycled it 5 times with 0.2 A current, took forever but then you get a well "run in" batterypack. I also use a Sirius charger in my fieldbox, it is a little jewel that charger, just charge the RX and TX batterypacks when refuelling or changing motorbatteries, and I never have to worry about running out of energy for the RX and TX.
