| Last week I recieved two New servo's from a company which advertises here on RR, that I will not name, at least not at this time. When I recieved the servo's, one was fctory sealed and the other had the factory seals broken, missing mounting hardware and the plastic case the servo came in was broken and cracked in several places. I am angry that a reputable company would ship me a used and/or returned servo and then ask me to ship it back at my expense so they can verify wether or not they are going to do something about it. I mean, it to six days to recieve it in the first place, now I have to wait another week? ten days? I asked them to ship me a replacement servo right away to minimize my inconvenience but they refused. |
