This is an information thread only, not an invitation to vent frustrations or take shots at the latest target of opportunity. I created this thread to alert RR members about Ken Meyers, a.k.a. Kenchoco and how he stole $100 from me.
Ken stole $100 from me last year by selling a Tamiya 4wd truck twice. He advertised the truck, accepted my payment and then sold it to another RR member. It has been a constant hassle trying to get my money back a few dollars at a time. He continues to lie and stonewall me about how he has no money, on hard times, it must’ve gotten lost in the mail, Houston TX was iced over to badly he couldn’t get to the post office, etc., etc., etc. I have 126 PM’s and there have been at least eight threads filled with his deceit. He is truly a person to be avoided when buying and selling R/C equipment. My intentions are to alert new members about Ken’s theft and to keep his name in the public light until he returns all of my money. To date, he has returned $80 of the original $100.
Multiple threads have been opened and every single one of them has been closed down because somebody with a grudge starts writing obscene, vulgar, or threatening comments towards Ken.
Make no mistake, I despise Ken for stealing from me but these responses are just insane. Some members were recently encouraging him to commit suicide and one nutcase even suggested racial terrorism by placing a burning cross on his front lawn! A burning cross for $20 owed on a bad R/C deal? What the hell is wrong with you people?!?! You should be ashamed of yourself.
I have had to apologize to Mark Ryder twice now for posts that he had to close due to vulgar content, I don’t want to have to keep doing this. Please do not post here – at all. Especially not you, Ken. View it, laugh at it, cry over it, whatever you want but please do not post here. I will keep the thread updated with any and all developments as they happen. Thank you.
