Crud a day and a half really aint that much. personally I dont know the bloke...but, you can look at his profile and see if he has been online scince you've been trying to contact him AND you can look at your PM's sent tab and see if he has read your PM's...both indications of your so called evasion. That all said he hasnt answered my PM or read it in well over a week, (its not important though and I'm not worried about it)

I understand the fact that he accepted payment from 2 people, I understand the fact that he has read the PM's and could possibly be ignoring them. And I might even understand the argument that it's not about the money, but about the word of a man.

But C'mon guys, a day and a half and you are already starting to grill this guy? Give him a few days, and with the weekend coming, I would suggest until monday.

Yes, your probably right.. heli34 i have not said anyting incriminating yet, i may have jumped the gun, i hope your a good guy ill write you up in the good guy list again But to ignore my pms, and not tell me that your going to send it out or ANY news WHAT soever about MY money that i sent you.. then.. you know.. maybe you shouldnt sell if your not able to handle the resposibility of being a good salesman and taking care of business. If your too busy to sell something then maybe you should not have put it up for sale?
Ive got my fingers crossed.. I dont mind if you dont send it.. (im assuming if your not reading this now then when your back from whatever your doing) just reimburse me before paypal has to do anything with the claim.

Ok, I read over all of the post and once again I apologize. I understand how little things like this (even potentially losing $18 dollars) could really become a big annoyance for someone under lots of pressure. So I feel terrible. I had a week off from graduate school so I decided to use that time to sell all of my helicopter stuff. I have been selling tons of stuff and school has just started again so some of the sales are now carrying over into my bussiest time. Last night was my night off for the week which would explain not taking care of business within the time frame you specified. Between RR and ebay I have been getting tons of paypals when I accidentally said yes to both of you, the two $18 payments did not ring any alarms (as there were several payments in between). So listen, I feel terrible, let me see if theres anything I can do for you. I assume since you were buying a RAM 50 that you could use some glow plugs. I have several unused (unopened) glow plugs os8 and A3. I also might have a few other things that I will most likely not be selling which are now (since having left the hobby) are useless to me. Let me send you those things free of charge. If you are interested please pm me your address and I can try to send them out tommorrow.

I want to apologize profusely. I am absolutely ashamed of myself. Id like to explain now. My name is Devin Cunningham I recently was in a competition as i race cars for a living. The show was called star racer. It turns out i have won the sponsorship to race in formula star mazda, www.starmazda.com sponsored by discovery channel. These cost anywehre from 400k to half a millioon dollars a year to run. So as you can beleive, i was extatic. I am currently in ontario where i have just been at my teams base preparing my car getting my seat custom made and making sure evrything is good for me in the car and filling out paper work. My dream is finnaly comin true, i will be racing 9 races in US and 3 in canada. I am only 19 yrs old and to be watched by over a millioon people is not what i am used to and almost had a nervous breakdown yesterday due to the fact that my first race is coming up soon and im just flustered.. This is a huge series as some of you may know. Once again, i apologize just going through a big step in my life and yeh.. so sorry i was bitching and moaning like a little girl so no i dont want your glow plugs because if anything i owe you something.
