Hi there,

I'd like to know what's the difference between AIR and HELI transmitter? IS it only the affectation of switches?

And is it possible to change a transmitter in mode 1 (throttle and aileron on right stick) to mode 3 (throttle and rudder on right stick)?

Thanks

'Air' has the 3-position flap switch on the face and 2-position gear switch on the top - All the switches are labeled in reference to airplane use - It comes with a notched band installed on the throttle and defaults to 'Airplane' programming -

'Heli' has the 3-position F-Mode switch on the top and 2-position Gear switch on the face - All switch are labeled in reference to helicopter use - It comes with a smooth band installed on the throttle stick and defaults to 'Helicopter' programming -

The radio is only capable of modes 1 & 2 and has to be sent in to be switched between as the programming for both is not stored in the radio.
