Fantastic, I've been waiting for these videos, now I can show all the local pilots here in NZ how it's meant to be done.
And I'd better start running a few more gallons through my new Trex600.

Hope your all well over there
Stephan

To Mark and Paige and the RR Crew -
Great Job on your coverage.
I sure wish I could keep the heli's in the view finder when they are in the air as well as you do Mark!
I guess I need a REAL BIG view finder.
Look forward to seeing you folks at the next show !
A Big Thanks Again !

Hey Mark,

Thanks for the video. Sorry for hitting your tripod, as I understand, no major damage to you or your camera. Just glad nobody got hurt! I will help you with your tripod!

By the way a link or something let go just as I hit negative to pop out and it exploded before it hit the ground. It was about half a foot from the ground as I recall. Really!

The heli bounced about 40 feet before it hit the tripod.

Leon don't worry about the tripod. Your heli cost more to fix.

It did look like it exploded before it hit. I was wondering that myself. Man it had some momentum though didn't it???

Stephan now that you got a hot new heli you got to bring it over and fly at our next Southern Rotary Classic next September and show us some of the hot moves that you have learn in the last year.

There is no reason you can't do it, especially when you look at a pilot like Jamie Robertson who has been flying for little over a year and has improved with leaps and bounds. Almost everytime I see him it seems like he is better then the previous time even if it is a day later. Gives me some motivation as well.

Hope everything is going well down under, your headed toward warm weather with lots more time to practice while the days are getting shorter and cooler here in the states, so get after it. Take care buddy

I been waiting a long time for the videos for the event and was not disappointed. The event was awesome and so are the videos; Mark & Paige the wait was worth it. I saw it when Mark had to dodge Leon's helicopter. I have not seen to many people move that fast getting out of the way of helicopters but it seems to be turning into routine, I believe that is twice this year so I guess it pays to stay in shape

Yes Bill, SCREW that you tube downgrade! Mark delivers some fantastic quality without taking up too much space, I have contacted him before about this. It's very refreshing to be able to just click and see such high quality video, and he even allows us to save it for later viewing, can't ask for more than that!

Now I am off to download your flight!

if you see the pilot running....try to keep up!

Mark, if you see this, I love the current way you have video. ALL other sites could learn from that. It is the best out there tha there is in my opinion.
The only good things about YouTube is that it is free and fast. Quality stinks.

Well folks the wait was definitely worth it for all the pictures and videos. A great big super thanks to all the pilots that came both Pros and hackers like myself.

Thanks again to Mark & Paige for helping us keep the memories of one of the best weekends I have ever had in this hobby.

Next year is already in the planning stage and hopefully we will have a great funfly then too. We might have some new things plan and perhaps some more international pilots that will attend as well as all the local and national pilots here in the states.

Already looking forward to a fun time. Not official but should be about the same time next year.

Take care to all,
Terry

Hi Terry,
Yeh as we can see from the videos this event sure did rock and I hope I can make it to your event again some day, and maybe drag some of our local pilots and some helis over next time. I've been flying for about 10 years and I still got no hot 3d moves, So I wouldn't count on much from me, But I'd never seen 3d like that before.

Take care all
Stephan
