hi sould the pro tail start to spin as soon as the rotor starts or not my one some times will not start untill the thing is about to lift off! i was tould this is because of the head lock gyro is this the case? and after 3 days of trying i still can not get it to respond to cyclic inputs very well help !!! it might take a flight to the bin soon!!!

Remove head lock modul and try again. I haven't seen diferences: normal or head lock gyro at indoor flying of piccolo pro.
Trim heli very carefully, I made it simply holding Piccolo in my hand.
