| It's a dieing art, but it is possible to reverse a servo. The problem is you need to open the servo to do it, and you need to be reasonably capable with a soldering iron as the connections you'll be working on are much smaller than (say) soldering wires to a Dean's connector.
If you think you can do this, then the trick is to reverse both the wires going to the motor (inside the servo) and the wires going to the outer pins of the feedback potentiometer (also inside the servo). Having either the feedback pot or the motor soldered directly to the PCB (with no connecting wires in between) can make the while operation much harder, so some servos are easier than others.
If you're not totally comfortable about trying to do this with a soldering iron, you can buy a device to do it electronically like these. Just scroll down to where it says "servo reversers". There are other products on the market too.
