Glad you got are getting it back. Sounds like it has a lot of sentimental value to you. One thing bothers me about all this though. Did he find it at the field and so he decided to sell it? Maybe I misunderstood what you wrote but I would think most people would have tried to find the owner before trying to sell it.

well see what he does is keep it at the field and post sighns on the regisry board at the main heli shop and if nobody claims it in two weeks he puts it up for "adoption" but the oly reason i thought it got stolen was because i had it outside the shop buying some crystals for an updated receiver of course and i went out to swap them and they were gone as well as the heli but the reason behind it is he thought somebody left it behind but i got it back because i showed him a picture of the family sheild thats painted on the canopy and he gave it right back apologized payed the fees to pull it out of the ebay auction early and gave me an indoor eagle 50 3d then said merry christmas sorry about the whole thing
Hey find out why i did that and get back to me when im sober

hmm i dont think it was his right to take it and go try to sell it even if it was "left behind" but whats done is done and its a good thing you got it back.
