Which is the best way to run all the servo/gyro cables to the rx box on the UniExpert mechanics? I can't figure out which way to keep the cables away from rotating shafts or the engine.

The first thing I was told to do is remove the sides off the servo box, this has 2 advantages as far as i can see.It saves grams off the weight and it also allows to fit all the radio gear with no extention leads.I also fit the gyro at the front and remove the gyro shelf off the back as suplied,as this is a bad place to have the gyro in the scale bodies because of all the heat given off the exhaust.
As far as the servo wires go i wrapped them in JR tape, this is better than spiral wrap becouse it does not 'chaf' (if thats a word?).It is also very good for attaching the servo wires to the sides of the servos-thus keeping them away from the main shaft ect.
