I always buy my helis with CC through Paypal... Double insurance the way I see it.

Absolute rubbish, PayPal works for PayPal, their seller/buyer protection is useless and doesn't protect either, and with the fees they charge they sould be ashamed of themselves.

Problem with a claim through your credit card company is that the transaction was between you and PayPal and not the seller, so as far as the CC company are concerned that deal went ok.

i sent the seller few pms and called him and still no answer.
the first call someone will pick up but no sound. the second call i'll get a answer machine. this leads me to believe that the seller do not want to resolve this matter.

I did a search on his username and find he is actively trying to sell items. A look at the good guy list shows nothing posted.

The first thing you need to do Chopper1 is

Place a negative entry in the good guy list about this bad deal.

Then post something in his for sale ads to warn others.

Technically your right, BUT.... the Credit card company is involved therefore it does concern them and they WILL back you....its in their best interests to do so.... add to that the credit card company WILL get their funds one way or another, just not from you, and to answer your question, no it will not hurt your online business paypal account...Paypal cant do a darn thing if you do a chargeback...as a matter of fact they dont want you to do a chargeback....just call the CC co

I have had issues before as a buyer and seller with Paypal, and can say that they treated me very professional. In all honesty if you NEVER want to have fighting problems. Apply for a Paypal line of credit. Then you are 100% guarenteed as a buyer no matter what/where you buy and pay no fighting fees to boot.. A dispute as a seller. Make sure you talk to a SUPERVISOR not a reg person on the phone. I sold a motherboard on ebay and buyer say it was a no good. Then charged back $139 on CC. After speaking to a supervisor I got my full charge back credited back to my account. I like Paypal, with out it there would be ALOT more frauds here and anywhere else as I am sure you all can agree on that.
