This thing is so fun to play with. When the weather's too bad to fly the RC's, this is the next best thing.. Except for maybe a small electric heli, but this thing's only $80.00 so, it wins...

It's called a FEDA, a Chinese knockoff of a Piccolo. Flies OK from What I hear. Alot of patent infrigment went on here.
Century is selling them. The only place in the US that I know of.
