is it necessary to have the servo arms the same length in a ccpm setup?

the issue is geometry. if all servo arms are the same lenght, the rods to the swashplate will not be perpendicular. which is more important, 90 degree servo arms and rod, or length of servo horn?

i would think the 90 degree issue would be important to assure there is no differential, but different lengths of servo arms will cause a problem also.

If your using 4 servo or even 3 servo CCPM it is a good idea to have the servo arms as well as linkage the SAME length! If they are different lengths the Geometry will change along the movement of the swash! Interesting way of building in Phase though ! Hope you Chrismas was filled with Happyness!!
