Through Emails I told Hobby Services what happened. I explained about the servo and what I did. They said send in the whole helicopter and they would look at it. I have no idea what they are going to do with it. They know I fried the 3 in 1. I figure if nothing else I will have a empty frame for parts. I can use it to put together a helicopter from parts.

I am not sure they can do anything but laugh at me for frying the 3 in one. I know they wont call mer an idiot, but I do feel like one.

Thread dead yet?

Not dead yet!

I got just my Plastic Bell Hiller 'mod' kit (actually, replacement parts for the Axe CP V3) and that should be the final mod I need in my Axe.

I am already running with the $100 Belt Mod - pricey, but fun and it makes the Axe fly GREAT!!! Woot!!

Anybody else out there getting any Axe stick time?

I've been getting some stick time at the local field. So many heli pilots tell me they had or have an Axe cp but could never get it to fly! They're usually astounded when they see mine fly. I've been thinking about getting the Bell/Hiller mod, I hear it makes a big difference in the wind. Still flying the "eeeky mod" with the gy401 and it's as stable as (if not more) than my T-rex. Love this heli.

Axe CP

I agree once propery set up with a good computer TX and brushless main motor still using stock RX & gyro the Axe CP is my favorite in confined areas.
Handles wind better than Blade CP and with the light weight of a
1000Mah lipo gets 7-9 min sport flying and most crashes are cheap
usually just bent feathering shaft and even then just straighten it
and go fly 5 minutes downtime.
Best of all it has a 450 profile I even use a TRex canopy

flying the AXE

bought the Axe a few months ago, actually before the Blade 400 came out. Man...did I have problems with it just to hover was a pain in the ***. Compared to the Blade, well I have been playing with my Blade more than the Axe. Just in case I crash my Axe I can save that money and use it for my Blade.
