No I didn't but I did find out what happened to the tail, the gear that drives the tail shaft top pin broke, I have ordered the parts to get it back up. As for the freq at the field that is going to be interesting to see how there going to work that out with us over on the other side and no board to post on, and you know everyone is going to want to burn some fuel this weekend.

the board members seem to me are less active this year. they could've fixed the channel board at least. I don't think they need Ralf's permission for that. The last thing we need is a radio lockout.

they need to have a meeting first to discuss it.... then yell at each other for about an hour... only speaking about the way it "used to be"... then put it up for a motion....2nd it...
THEN, put it off to the next meeting, next month....
and start all over again....

Kirk came up late around 6ish. He says he will charge stuff up tonight for flying tomorrow.

It was a great flying day on the heli side. Freq board was no problem.

I just wanted to say thank you again for helping me with my problem last week, I went up to the field yesterday and the tail held true all day long. I will be heading up in a little while, do you know whats the story about bring up a guest to check out the field and fly he's a beginner and he does have his ama?

If you are a full member, then all you have to do is let him sign the waiver (free RCRC from harm) and you keep by his side when he flies. Jeff is there all the time so you can also ask him.
