I need some fairly simple shafts, about 10 cm long, something like 10mm for 6 cm, and a step to 8mm for the final 4cm. Anyone capable of doing this or a resonable fee? I Think I need two of them. If you know of anyone, let me know, and I can go measure exactly what I need.

Simple Shafts

I am a mill/lathe setup man at a CNC shop and may be able to help you. For the size you are talking about, I have collected many "drops" of various materials, (high quality) aluminum, titanium, various grades of surgical steel, plastics, etc. I occasionaly work on Saturdays and may be able to get permission to turn them on my cnc. Can't promise because we are super busy, but I might also talk a buddy into turning them manualy on his lunch break. That will cost you an extra $5.00, LOL.
Give me some specs and/or a drawing and material preference. Is ±.025mm a close enough tolerance? What are they for, by the way. Your post is almost 4 months old, am I too late? I would only charge you postage.

Now to make it fly like it does in my dreams!
