Sorry people that i am starting this discussion up again. But the Remotei scam has to end. I've posted the reaction of Rhandal in this tread, and i hope it stays visible to everyone at RR.

I am going to make it my business now to worn other people not to buy anything from Remotei. This is only going to end when Rhandall keeps his end of the deal.

People on this forum who don't like this way, everybody has got his right to his own opinion. I am not looking for pro's and con's in this situation. I am just going to post my reaqctions.

WTF!!!!!! Like I said, I will keep you posted, but unfortunately things do not
happen over night here. We are still finalizing the new design on this new
system and like yourself, another half a dozen customers are waiting. We have a
couple bugs to still fix, but like I said, you are on the list to receive this
unit once it is complete. I will do my best to keep you on the test stage, but
I cannot daily.

I understand your frustration, but quiet frankly, you have already caused
enough damage to the company, that you have caused us more than 20 fold of what
you have already paid us. Still, I am going to keep my end of the bargain and
have a system, better than what you originally ordered, sent to you. Your
recent public post has really bite another big one on us that the company has
decided to put your order at the bottom of the pile.

I was always at the bottom of your list, convenient far away on the other site of the ocean.
The only way to get a reaction from you is to send emails like the one yesterday.
I didn't cost your company squat, this is your mistake and let me tell you this, as long as you don't send me my order and keep on delaying i keep on sending other people emails to worn them for the kind of person you are, in my eyes a liar and a thief.

Like i said i wont forget, is soon as i receive the things i ordered i stop sending emails and reactions to other people.
I am sick of hearing over and over again that you are working on my order, that i cost you a lot of money, that you after more then two years still fixing a couple of bugs.
Your full of crap. And like i said i will stop my complaints as soon as you send me my stuff and until then.

I will be your pain in your ass, and at the end this will cost you al lot of costumers and money.

BTW because you didn't send me anything its costing me money and let me tell you that's a whole lot more then you lost at this moment.

You will find this email back at different forums.

The solution lies with you.

Its about time that other people in your company feel the reaction of the way you are running your company.

Its just a made up website to MUG people.
I have never known anyone who has owned Remote-I equipment.
Probably because there is no Remote-I

Even to deliver the BOEING777 it takes just a year! and remote-i is taking more then 2 years! it must be hell of a system!

This guy has been pulling the same crap for a LONG time.

I don't know how anyone could trust him with all of his past "shaky" business dealings.

I guess he must come-off as being a real professional until he gets the money, then he reveals his true self.

Rhandal, I would like very much for you to prove myself and others wrong by doing the right thing.

Perhaps you are indeed as busy as you say, but if so, the customer needs to know up-front about delays or refund their money.

Seriously dude, you've angered enough people so far with large enough sums of money that you should fear for your physical integrity at this point.

If it was me, I would have taken out your knee caps by now.

Please do the right thing, step up to the plate, and be a man.

People are getting really fed-up with getting scammed these days and I think there is going to be a trend of internet crooks "buying the farm" very soon.

Rhandal. I am not threatening you. I just hope you know that there are people who wouldn't think twice about harming you if they feel they are being robbed.

You could go a long way to redeeming yourself by simply refunding the money.

Life can indeed get a little out of control sometimes, but you've got to put your head down and plow ahead.

Please just do what is right.

You can put whatever you want in your emails, its strange that it started just now after i publicized our emails on the net.
You can go to court if you like but your case wont stand. It is you who is causing all this. The only thing i can do to get your attention is posting our emails on the net.
As long as you don't deliver their is no confidentiality, my dossier is full of you emailing me that everything is going according to plan and that i soon can expect delivery. To remind you this started 4 weeks after the confirmation and payment of the order, so i think i will have a strong case. Please don't forget all the other people that you told the same stories.

I will keep on doing this, i am getting sick of your arrogant reactions and telling me what i should our should not do.

Its been to long now, nobody including me believes you.

Two options and all of this would disappear in seconds:

1. Refund the money; or,

2. Send the goods.

Remote-i

The stress this guy has put me thruogh and all I did to him is placed an order for one of his state of te art Helicam.
This was over 2 years ago! I have now lost that money, my wife, my house and a love for a sport. oh and lets not forget the Christmas my kids missed out on cos of the money I sent to Rhandle.
I have a large folder full of e-mails from Rhandle and he tells the same story to everyone...Rane face it, you have lost your money.
I live in England so it will be hard for me to do much from here, someone else how also got stung by Remote-i once told me don't us good money to case bad. Guys sort this twat out once and for all....

To those who got ripped off.

Why not just chip in together and get a lawyer in the US to go get all your payments back off him..

A decent one who will vist the man and slap a writ on his chest.

Once he owes more than he can pay up, which is fairly assured if you get a writ covering you all at $10G a head for 10 heads is
$100 G letter of demand, he will be screwed to pay it.

You can then bankrupt him, liquidate his business assets and divide them up.

He will be a bankrupt for a number of years (5 in the US ?), that should keep him away from commerce for a while.
And of course, will remain on his permanent financial record.

After being released of that, he will be known to any future potential financier as "Rhandal the ex bankrupt".

Some of you are just making assumptions. There’s no doubt that they've had some bad business dealings, but they are there and open for business. I personally went and picked up my complete system and tested it at there facility at the beginning of the year. The building is pretty big with about a half a dozen other company in the same building, mostly tech and defense related. They actually have a pretty cool section of the building with a nice R&D, production lab and administrative section with a show room of their products. I also met with about 4-5 of their engineers that provided information on their products. Behind the building is a large open area where we test flew my system. I have videos if you all want to see them. By the looks of it, you wonder why they would have delivery issues. I’ve so far had good experience with them, knock on wood. Of course I live close enough to pick up my stuff before paying. Well for those of you who have had bad experience, I hope they are resolved. Good luck.
