hi my friend has a piccolo heli, and i have been helping him out with it. We also upgraded the kit with the collective pitch kit. We are having a problem with getting it off the ground. i feel the heli is too heavy. Or the motor isn't getting full power. at full stick the heli is just barely getting off the ground. What can i do to get this heli off the ground. I don't understand how this heli will get off the ground. i have seen videos on the net with it flying upside down and very high in the air. Well we can't even get it off the ground. Highest i had it was probably about 12 inches. Just won't go any higher for us. please help me. thanks tom

Hi,

when you turn on the heli,is your throttlestick all the way down?
Or do you have a stick with a spring?
If you have and turn the heli on it only has half the power because it calibrates not right with the stickposition...

no when we turn it on the stick is all the way down and the throttle trim is all the way down.

What motor and type of battery pack are you using? The original 290 motor and 7 cell pack will not cut it with CP up-grade. Check out helihobby.com or dreamhobbies.com for a better motor and 8 cell packs
