If all you guys are going to get even better - I am definately going to attend next time round. You fly much to low Robin, keep it up.

Now its all over everyone who attended saw some great flying, got some great tips, had generally had a good time. Those that did not attend, oh well, never mind.

Glenn - you picked up to many new moves and your getting them down all ready. That slow roll inverted and low level pull out is freaky as.

Great day up here today... clear as crystals... LOL. No worries mate.

Cheers all, and don't forget to check your mug shots on the website.

Sorry Rob not to many of you, like i said.... you fly to close to the ground and I was getting camera shake.

With this damm Wellington Wx going on and spreading all over central north island - none of us getting much air time! You CHCH lads must be laughing all the way to the flying feild and back again.

We have about 4 new heli guys in Palmerston North or close to PN, 1 in Levin but thats close enough almost to be a suburb. 3 of them flying TZ50's and doing alright.

How many Skeadu 50's out there? (G2 - is Hirobo a banned brand in the capital?)

Dang .... Auckland has had so much rain over the past two months and it always falls on the weekends with fine spells midweek when I am working.

Looks like the same cycle for this Sunday

well if you guys could get over the fact that you have to drive your cars for 1 hour you could come up to Levin where we often have nice weather while wellington is crap...like peter williams does. I know it's suuuucccchhh a long way from home but If I organise a heli meet for a Saturday or Sunday and it happens to be fine in trentham will you guys come up?

well if we got me, you Matt, robin, mike, michael, and ryhno and peter williams......if 5 or 6 made the trip up we could have a descent session and turn it into a bit of a local funfly. Run a few minor games etc. Put a few bucks in and get the barby going etc.

Not in NZ any more but hope to get back at some point. Been in Seattle for the last 8 years and am starting to even sound like a yank.
Got a 450SE, Venture 50 and Maxi Joker 2.
When I fly back I have to figure out how to get the wife in the cargo hold and make sure that the Maxi has its tray table folded away and the seat in the upright position.

See ya'll later

Hi Kiwimark,
Where have you been hiding, seems like all the kiwi's are finding the thread at last.lol.

Your not to far from Wgtn or PNth, lucky you, just drive to your gate and then decide on going north or south depending on where the blue sky is huh?

If your tempted to head north, check out www.activegear.co.nz for the weather stats, updated every 5 mins.

BTW If you pulled the wings off a fly is it called a walk?

No its called a bug-gered.

26th/27th of rocktober.

You change your models like you change your undies Si....what are you flying at the moment? (or you getting to test new stuff?)
Did you see that vid of Nigel fanging that blue thing (was it a 600?) in the usa eventually ending in a crash after the lowest piroflips I have ever seen. Jeez that guy really is pretty radical. I've got a good chance of getting like that....then I wake up.

Seems like a pretty good following downunder....pity were all over the place. We have a few more in the manawatu area and a couple of us trying hard to help those that know naff all so they can enjoy the experience rather than pay through the nose for a regular rekitting of their heli's.

Sounds like we need something lower north Island again soon. New plymouth was a washout on Sunday but boy it was magnificent on the Saturday.
