Anyone else deal with this guy?

We made a deal around May of this year and although I would get PMs from him, the deal has not been completed. Money was sent and items NEVER received! Promises of refunds made and that too, NEVER received!

How much longer does a guy have to wait?

Hmmmmmm.....Not only is it theft but it is considered Internet fraud which is a FEDERAL offence punishable by the local police and the FEDS. If this guy knows what is good for him he will DO THE RIGHT THING or suffer the wrath of justice. I agree so very much! unfortunately, it's like prosititution. Kinda hard to get it illegal. Sort of like the same thing, your'e gonna get screwed, one way or another.

i got divorced,kicked out of the house,now living with friends...no job...as i told ray,the mo i sent out came back,i may have gotten his address wrong,i am not sure but i will be sending it out again with prority tracking.
i will make sure that i post the track number so all can track it...as once again,i am not a scammer.....

Kenchoco, I have been divorced too, and had to leave MY house. This still did not excuse me from my financial obligations. I understand completely on the divorce, but you can't use that as a crutch for your business dealings. Business is business and personal is something else. You might can expect folks to sympathize with your personal situation, but you can't expect them to just forget about money.....frankly, if you have the means to be on the net making deals, then you situation is not that dire.
