I didn't find anything specifically naming any manufacturers. Anyone suggest where I can find one for my R50?

Thanks,

Make your own.

Get a raptor metal head and cut off the top seesaw mount.

Pull the pins out of the lock ring and the head is complete.

For blades I would get a set of OF blades. They are weighted for multi/flybarless heads.

The only thing left is a swash driver. I made one out of the standard raptor washout by installing 4 set screws into the plastic screwing towards the main shaft.

Not a good pic, but you get the drift.

I am thinking of re-doing it without cutting the arms and go from the outer arm to the blade grips to make it look more scale.

Thanks for the pic. I'll give it a shot when the flying season ends.

i did this on my shuttle...you can get the swashplade driver from century helis ( http://www.heli-world.com/detail.aspx?ID=3210 ) you may have to shim it to fit your mast. I just used different I.D. and O.D. brass tubing to make it so the driver can clamp down tight.

yup sure is...nothing special. I just used fully threaded rods with ball links on the ends for push rods. As you can see, they just go directly to the blade grips from the swashplate.

I never got it to fly, both because of lack of time/patience and money (didnt have the money to spend on the right blades with the modified CG)

I ended up putting the flybar and paddles back on in the end.
