| Steve, if you're thinking of a Blade CX, have a look at the E-Sky Lama V3. ("Co-Co Lama" at Hobby-Lobby) The mechanics are about the same, and the parts are a lot cheaper.
I think any chopper with a separate motor for the tail is going to be squirrely.
Maybe the best would be a sim, then a contra-rotating one like the CX or Lama, then a proper CP machine.
I've come a long way myself, just with AeroFly Pro Deluxe sim. |
