Hi, lately I have the problem of head (actually almost the whole VE) at below mid speed (i.e. between around 20% - 50% of 1800 rpm, going up but also down) - for higher speed, it looks quite ok, but I suppose that should not be the case ...

I have checked all the head, also main mast, looks ok, also there is no tracking at full. Linkages are also fine, there is very little play swash-seesaw etc. Also the blades are not too strong attached. Don't know what else to check, any idea(s) ?

i have exactly the same problem, i was thinking of changining upraded blade grips from helihobby but its 100$...kinda hi....half the price of a whole helicopter kit....the swift16

oh I see, actually my head is 100% Quick Japan - but I don't remember having this problem just after I bought it, maybe it's a more general problem ?

Same problem here. Quick head also... just out of the blue it started a bad wobble. I ended up replacing EVERYTHING down to the bearings. I mean everything! Still no luck. I now have a new head block sitting on my bench waiting to be installed once I finish up another project.

I think this may be your problem

Head speed , not enough . Common problem with this Heli .

You don't want to fly this heli much below 1700 rpm.

Not for very long..
