Hey All, got a quick question...Can't seem to get this Gyro to hold...Its like it holds intially but soon as I start giving it pitch, its like it wants some revo mix or something.

So what do I do? Do I adjust the Gain on the gyro?

I have a 7CHP Futaba Radio, which has two Gyro Settings, one I am sitting at like 60 or 70N and the other is like subtrim gyro?

So what do I set or DO I mess with the gain on the actual gyro?

i tried to post the link but the message board would not let me post any links to the heli freaks web site nor will it let you write heli freaks as one word.
if you click on the eflight tap on the heli freaks site you can then click on the videos for the hdx300 build. there you will find the video on hdx gyro set up.

Took a look at the video, OUTSTANDING!!!!!

Get this I had my gain on my gyro at 0, should be 100%...I had Subtrim at -34 or so, should be a positive 50 or so, and I had the Gain on the Radio set at -70 or something, LOL...Should be like positive 30.

SO basically I was never in H/H mode, I was subtrimming out the counter torque and basically it wanted revo mixing when pitch started kicking in.

SO I just set all those settings tomorrow and I should have me a nice Head HOlding Gyro, WOOHOOOOOOOOOO....I'll get a pic of heli in the air if she flys smooth, i'll take her outside, been flying her uncontrollably in my living room HEHEHEH. What a handful.
