I dont know if this works in a Synergy where the mag is mounted to the bell, but in fan mounted sets you can drill a pin hole from the back of the magnet and push it out that way sometimes. Usually, most would say grab a new fan, but in your case it isnt that easy to find a spare bell yet, is it

Maybe someone else has a better idea for this case...

Warm the epoxy up with a heat source, be careful not to debond clutch lining, maybe one of those pencil type gas torches.

Tip of a large wattage soldering iron right on the magnet might also do the trick

U should see the epoxy melt pretty quick shouldn't take much a couple of seconds at most, used to debond boom supports in the same way.

Just mark your magnet before you take it out so you don't put it back the same way... i've never done it!!

My favorite method is to use a pin sized drill from the back.

If you want to try heating it I suggest placing a soldering iron on it. That will give you alot of pinpoint heat.

BTW. If you are using GV1 magnets with a TJ sensor, I have noticed that the GV1 magnets are very strong and both magnets will sometimes trigger the TJ sensor if placed very close. In that case just move the sensor away a little further.

That'll be engine out then!! Have you tried the flame it works a bit better than a soldering iron, quicker heat.

If you heat the magnet it will become tighter in the bell heat around it not the magnet.

Look at the last page of the build manual for engine removal very easy and straight forward shouldn't take more than 5-10 mins

Heat

Heat will actualy "deactivate" a magnet. Heat the magnet with a soldering iron and check for magnetism, you may not have to even remove the magnet. Not sure of the heat reqired but it does work.
