dremel and patience....prolly LOTS of both.

if it was me i would try and dremel on the inside of the cradle to cut the flybar so you can split the cradle into a few parts to make it easier to get the flybar out.

I tried to straighten mine. No luck, need a vice and vice grips or something. That 5mm rod is super tough.

Straighten it as possible BEFORE you cut it off.

Straighten it as much as you can, cut it off and bevel the edges so it has no edges to tear anything up as you pull it through. Only cut off one side and use vice grips on the other side to rotate and pull it through. Shouldn't be a big deal.
