Avant Aurora - EFX - FX > Help needed for Aurora blades...

Hi there,

Could you please help me to assess the following...

Knowing that the machine do fly really well with a specific set of blade (690), paddle size(90) and flybar length... what would be the impact when taking larger blades(710)?

- I know that it will impact the flybar ratio but let's assume that you compensate by taking larger paddles...

The flybar ratio will not be affected so don't worry about it.
The heli flys great on 710s and the autos are even better. The only difference you will notice is if you're constantly loading it on the deck hard-core style because 710 blades take longer to spool-up on a given horsepower. Other than that it flys great on 710 blades.

Augusto.

For what it's worth,
I was using 690's on my Avant with programable head and recently tried 710 Radix and I love them.Heli is just as responsive, yet "feels" more stable and autos like a dream
