| i spit on sueing aswell, I think it is stupidThis is GONE well beyond anything i ve ever seen, A guy from Alaska started this **** and NOW this Ken Meeks takes every oppertunity to SLANDER me. Neither of them have a real complaint. Truthfully I m the one who should be complaining. This guy Ken Meeks paid me 1100+ a few dollars for a fury extreme(which turned out to be A modified Fury Expert<---which I had no knowledge of, the engine locked up on him or just didn't run, Included in the deal was a JR950rx(250.00),3 x 9252,s(at time 100.00ea) or equivilent servos, v-blades, hhp tail blades,a very expensive gyro and servo(JR5000T, I think), custom fins and canopy, MP2 pipe and more stuff, get this it had a pro 2K head and if i'm not mistaken,still go for 200 plus?? All metal tail gear box too, LOTS of nice things in this helicopter!!!! I honored the things he asked for after the worst possible encounter imaginable arguing with this man!!!! the engine on it quit running or wasn't running but I sent him a like NEW OS70 which he claimed locked up 2 weeks later YET he sold one on here not long go. Seems like I sent him at least 500.00 in extra parts and he had no quarrell with me. He also ask for money back, I asked him how much would it take too make this right, and he gave me a figure. I paid it immediately. I sent him stuff you could sell still today for at least 1100 plus more, and more and more!!!
To respond to the $10.00 question, wo23dodge, this could be a true statement but I can't remember it. But it seems I ve not recieved any complaints from him over it, if it was a true statement, he recieved his goods timely, why worry a man about about it that just spent alot of money on a helicopter. I know the 2 recievers I sent him were about 70.00ea retail and were both NEW. he sent he about 80.00 in parts including shipping??? I don't doubt his word but I don't remember the debt???
Shawgl, Did you get what you paid FOR ???? Plus alittle more??? Please respond to this question??? Also, in our deal did I give you any problems or anything else that you'd deem bad dealing ETC
Sounds to me asthough your listened to the wrong people. You could've wrote me a letter. You had my address! I travel in the spring and summer and when I m not my life is very full between illness and other things....I ve apologize for this situation which i'm not even remotely responsible for??? PLEASE Advise!!!!!
Karl, the guy mentioned from Alaska and I had a disagreement and it was straightened out. It took time but in that situation AGAIN it wasn't all my fault. We both had hurt feelings from a few little misunderstands that snowballed, Kinda like this situation but if you notice with all these posts against me, either Ken Meeks or in the past KArl was in the middle Truely causing the problems and confusing peoples minds and turning an otherwise "NONE Situation into a BAD but UNTRUE situation." Ken is being malicious in his efforts to Destroy me, even after me doing everything in my power to make the slight error RIGHT with him, I sent literally 100's of dollars in parts ETC to him. But in his mind I did something wrong....
I ll never understand.
Anyone else that has a complaint with me, I d love to face you right here or face to FACE. If there is some error on my end or something I can straighten out....PLEASE give me the oppertunity to do so, NO ONE ELSE knows me!!! IN any way .... this AL who keeps jumping on these posts has NO CLUE but hear say BUT yet he will jump on these things everytime they flare up!!! I'm confused nothing against you coop2, but as the old saying goes ...Don't spread rumors and sh!t you have no knowledge of ...which is what you were doing to me.
MEDFLIGHT knows me alittle and he should know that this girl is insane, SHE is. mark Ryder had to delete her statements from my posts and also had to delete many of Ken's statements, Mark Ryder even knows me from all over the US from as far west as Vegas to Florida to the NATIONALS to events in many other states???
Anyone who knows me knows I go out of my way to do people right, I loan money to people I know need it that I know will never pay it back. I go hungry to help others, NOT ever to steal from anyone NOT ever. I m sure these people will have plenty more to say, They haven't stopped so far. Why stop now, I see no other course of action but a legal action, I ve begged pleaded and my nerves have been destryed by the problems this Ken meeks has caused for over 2 years now. I m fed up and it, has hurt me tremedously, I get very little pleasure in life and I ask for no sympathy. But my helicopter flying is one the things in my life that gives me occasional pleasure, I can't see any reason I should keep enduring this kind of maliciuos activities which in it's entirety has but one purpose, to harm me. without any just cause, which there is in my opinion never any just cause to do harm to any other human unless it is in defense of your or someone elses true life or livelyhood. In this case I see the harm caused by these false claims or misguided claims. I will state for those who aren't familiar with these things. I ve done all things possible to remedy this. Now, I turn to an avenue which I would've prefered not go down.
I wasn't the one who brought this to this point. I'm forced into a corner. I will respond as necessary!!!!
I truely plan to visit an attorney with all the information and the facts surrounding all these events immediately after the NATIONALS. It is the one thing I look forward too all year!!! This isn't going to spoil that for me. It has already spoiled enough of my life!
