I just got another PM from her stating that the police are tracking the items he has for sale and is trying to contact the people he has sold them to in order to get information on him. She also mentioned that I would need to contact him to get my money back. Well....Well.... The plot thickens. They can kiss my A$$. My heli is going nowhere. I'll be more than happy to give a statement saying I bought a heli from a guy but other than that.... Not my buisness where he got the money to buy it in the first place. I feel for her but..... If you don't keep your checkbook up for months at a time and don't protect your info...... Maybe you deserve to get taught that lesson. Oh well, I guess I'll lock up the doors and wait for the law. They will never take my heli alive!!!! If they send my $$$ back I'm going to do the first terminal velocity controlled flight into terain and send 'ol signwiz the pieces in a shoebox.

Should be fun!!!

sounds like another scam to me....HUMMMMMMMM...sell, get money,, ship, ask for heli back.... now have both heli and money....don't fall for this one.

I don't see how anyone can ask for the heli back, IT wasn't stolen! The heli was bought, albeit with stolen money form that girl, and then sold on! Therefore the heli wasn't stolen. The new buyer paid for a helicopter, and now owns that helicopter. The beef is between the girl, and the idiot that stole from her end of story! She claims against him, he gets arrested, has to pay her back, simple!

I don't think you need to worry. Probably need to make a statement, but that's about it

The money was stolen...nothing else...if he still has anything left then a lein may be placed against his items in HIS possesion, sold and the proceeds sent to the girl. You are safe !! your heli is not stolen property and it has no tracking ID...It does look like a scam in the making ...the girl may be the focus of a big scam to avenge a boyfriend...who knows maybe she's trying to even a score ??

It's about the oldest scam in the book.A+B work together.A sells to an honest person.B comes in and tries to scare the honest guy with police and stolen property story.A keeps the money and honest guy feels scared to get mixed up in stolen stuff or bad for B and gives goods back.

A) handle is "SignWiz"
b) thers a pic of a truck that says "Street Signs" Custom Signs & Graphics
c) he's in Elkhorn City , KY

Call Elkhorn City directory assistance get the buissness #, call him and tell him to tell this lady away from you...

I do agree it sounds fish/retarded. They picked the wrong guy if they think they are getting my money and heli. I gave her my email (since I am still in Iraq) and told her to have the police/DA email me with what they would like i.e. statement etc. and I will go to my Military Legal office and show it to them and if it's legit I will make the statement and mail it to them. And as you can imagine........ I have no email from the 5-O yet. We'll see, I did get a hell of a deal on a Fury though.

I will definately steer clear and recommend all stay clear of the people from the hills of Elkhorn though!!!! Anyone ever see wrong turn?
