anema is obviously intent on being a dink about it. He sent the wrong parts (although he only mentions the hardware bag). Why not pay to have the 60 boom sent back to you and you can sell it? You sold a heli that can't be flown without him putting in another $100 and waiting weeks for turnaround. What you're writing here is just putting nails in the coffin. Sure you can spell, but maybe some work on your math is in order.

That said, I agree that these posts are getting ridiculous. 4 ads on the first page of the classifieds are member bashing threads. Leaving negatives on the good guys list will accomplish more to stop others from dealing with him in the future. Good Luck JAGNZ

I did use PayPal but as per a previous post they don't want to know about it. I also have given up on getting the hardware that was missing or being compensated for the wrong parts from anema.

I guess I will have to eat this as I am not keen on a 50c drip feed as I paid in one large chunk myself. I think everyone can see that I was wronged and that I gave anema every chance to put it right. He choses not to and that is a shame. As someone else said, it will come back to haunt him anyway.

Let me see if I understand your line of thought..."I didn't say the paddles and etc, etc...were included..."; so what you are implying is that on every post here; all of us should included a list of all hardware (nut, screws and bolts), decals, canopy windshield, rubber groumets, etc, etc...do you get this point!

I've seen a few people's comments on the "bad guy" posts and I've seen/read responses from both sides; but YOUR LOGIC in this matter borders in the "TWILIGHT ZONE" (sp?)...stop correcting grammer and spelling errors and correct you human error!!

Unbelievable...you must bathe in the glory of any comments made about you...what an attitude!

As an update to this thread, it appears anema DID know he was sending me a 60 Boom and torque tube and not a 90.

where he bought them brand new from another RR member. Looks like I got screwed intentionally.

PLUS, I'm still waiting on all the hardware that was both meant to come with the heli AND the parts that he says I 'assumed' came with it - BTW, I made no assumptions and he guaranteed me a complete kit/airframe in our original emails.

Bummer.

I plan on doing that for sure. I just have to dig them out from the boxes and docs and emails we have had over this. It is SUCH a waste of time and energy AND money. It really is a bugger. I KNOW I am owed at least $80 by this guy and he does not even have the decency to refund the $20 he initially offered me. Ugh.
