| I am usually really understanding when it comes to these unfortunate occurrences when it seems like miscommunication. It is a fact of life that UPS or USPS sometimes(However infrequently)loses items. But I have one question here. I am not trying to be a jerk, just curious.

What is the logic here? Whether you are pissed or not, the only way to get this thing to go away is to make it right. It sounds like you are trying, and I respect that. Frankly, that is hugely to your credit, as most scammers on here just leave and come back with another screen name to scam more people. I think you guys need to talk over the phone and come to some common ground on the best way to make everyone happy and get it done.
Moral of the story is that this trading community only works if we police it ourselves, and I think that IdolMinds has done a great service by trying to inform others of a deal gone wrong. However, it sounds like RescueHelicopter may have actually been a victim of poor shipping here. Is he telling the truth on that or not? Time will tell. Whether it was the assistant that made the error or not, it is your responsibility RH, so try to see it through. Good luck Idol, I hope you guys can get this one straightened out!
