What grease are you guys using for the thrust bearing in the blade grips. I have Tri-Flow Synthetic grease with teflon, I am planning on using it, but just wanted to get some opinions. Thanks in advance

I use white lithium grease for the thrust bearings in the head and tail.

Use molybdenum.

If you get a tube from Castrol it will last a lifetime.
