i was messing around with it at the flying feild today.....and MAN!! it was fun!! im going to use a hawk sport, os32 sxh engine. i dont want to buy a whole lot of stuff. i already have fiberglass blades on it. i dont want carbon fiber blades. i may get into it seriously, but for now, im just racing freinds. its prety fun to, ive got +9 on the top, and it doesnt bog the engine down.

I was wondering what tips i can have so i can get faster starts.....and faster runs. ill prety much be racing a raven 30....os 32....a little bit older engine in it though. im hoping i can win so i get some bragging rights

I need to practice sitting my heli on the nose so its tail is up in the air. im running a 1750 rpm when i drag, my freind with the raven will probably be running 1650. and he has wood blades. ive sat it on the nose a little bit, but its kinda weird. my paddles seem perfect for it, it really makes the cyclic speed up, witch helps taking off.

So tell me some tips on the start, and the flying. i dont want to put an x-cell head on my hawk sport. i want to keep it cheap.

Thanks
Corey

If you want to DRAG that bad, in order to be successful......be sure your eye shadow matches the dress....so I'm told.......

There are lots of ideas there, you just have to watch carefully for them.

Who did ya drag at bayside?.... still dont have my ship ready, i dont think i will by sat, but maybe by sunday. When i practiced its a wierd feeling to have the skids balance with the tail poking up, but it looks pretty cool. Still waiting to see you do 3d, and dont give me that "need to adjust my tail" excuse either,
Stephen

Bring your heli to my house, ill fix it. i wont do any of the setting up with the pitch because im not familiar with airtronics. you said you just have to do everything behing the man gear, thats only the boom, tail rotor, and drive wire. ill put a drive wire support thing in your boom. ill do the tail rotor and that 10 dollar link thats missing ill be gone today intill about 3pm, but ill still have the rest of the day to work on it. i could just take it to the feild and meet you out there.

Tell me if you want to.
