I have also had the same issue with my Fuel Magnet running under muffler pressure, I have kept the magnet immersed in fuel, but after some 20 flights it is beginning to show signs of breaking up. (Only running CP 15% at the moment as well)

Will be fitting a header tank over the next day or so, unsure whether to fit in the same way as you have or as BritFlyer has

I had seen how Paul mounted his before I built mine. I just wanted to try and tuck the header tank in more to try and keep it streamlined as there is not a great deal of space to be had.

Think I will try Pauls method first as no drilling of the frames is required.

I have machined standoffs for both mounting point, so will experiment.
