| The sleeve acts as a 'teetering' point for the spindle. It works in the same way that the Raptor does with the pin through the center of the head.
This differs from a fully floating head (ie JR Vibe) where the center of the spindle is not supported.
The teetering head means you can run softer dampeners yet still retain a real positive collective snap.
I would put it on if I were you, it's not hard, you often have to soak it in hot water though.

, but with the fit concerning the head axle sleeve (120-113) and the head axle (120-114). I would think that in addition to heating up the sleeve for installation you could also freeze the axle in your freezer for about a hour to get it to shrink ever so slightly which might help. I know that is what we do in aviation construction when attaching large wing bolts. Just my humble observation as I do not have my kit yet. Take it easy.
