the spacer for the tail bellcrank was 5mm. i noticed that i had a spare 5mm spacer (brass) in another bag.

the spacer for the anti-rotation peg for the swash was 7mm. make sure you don't put the wrong one in there and swap them out by mistake.

I've got the right spacer in the tail bell crank, and looking at the pics on the Synergy website and at Littlerotors, the bearings do sit slightly proud.

The spacer for the swashplate, in the manual it says 3x5x7, mine is 3x5x5, the bearing lines up with the swash plate anti-rotation guide, so I presume it is a misprint and should dread 3x5x5 ?

No, it should be 7mm long for the swash anti rotational.

The bushing in the tail rotor parts bag(forget the number bag it was) had the 7mm bush for the swash in and vice versa.

The bearings in the tail bell crank fit flush with the 5mm bushing!!

Ok cheers I will have a look when I get to that bit, only just finished the head. I want to get it ready for the weekend, have to keep going to work though
