Hi All,

Just curious where you prefer to get your parts? LHS? or online. What online sources to you prefer? Not looking for flames here.

My favs are rchover.com, modefos.com and grandrc.com.

Are there other reputable dealers out there??

Cheers,
Leslie

I prefer to buy online, I like to compare items and research them at my own pace... greathobbies.com is usually my prefered place since they are in Canada (no customs etc), also heli-world.com. I hope this thread gets a lot of responses, I am always interested in knowing about more sources.

Leslie do you ever go to RC Buyers in Nashua? They are stocking trex parts now and are same price as most online stores.

I buy from our LHS, but also from Rick's in Texas, and Heli Pro's.

Hi getfurious,

Yes, I love RC Buyers Warehouse, they are building a great stock of Trex parts. I probably stop by there 3 times a week, I'm lucky it's only a few miles from me.

Cheers,
Leslie

Try rchobbiesandmore.com, in the NorthEast most shipping is overnight by USPS.

Are you bringing the calvin stickers this time? I need to add some more to my windows. Hopefully I won't need to buy and parts this time. But if I do, you've got my bussiness.

I havent bought any parts for myself yet, as I am just considering getting a heli for myself. But when we have to buy parts for my boyfriends heli's, which can sometimes be a little more frequent, we usually go to the LHS and then sometimes online to RCHover, Heliproz. I dont know if either of us have really tried any other sites, but its great to hear of some more options!

I prefer Great hobbies. They have an outlet in Edmonton, Canada. There is also Hobby Wholesale but the customer service there sucks and half the time they do not know what is in the store....

I brows on line but prefer the shop in the store once I have my list ready. Although I do like that Great Hobbies lets you set up a customer account and will keep your info including purchase history in there system so all I have to do is call an they know what I have and what I want.
