1x T-Rex 450SE for spares
1x T-Rex 600 (this one flies!)
1x Blade CP Pro (brand new)
Right now my TRex 600 is the only bird that flies, as I had a lot of crashes recently. All mechanical or other failures.
The first time I crashes my 450SE, it was due to the head rotor flying off! Silly head bolt came loose. The second time it was my fault (still learning). The third time it was the stupid Phoenix 35 ESC (current overload caused it to shut down when I installed the hot motor). The last crash it came down straight but busted up the under carriage and a few other things. I should get it going again soon.
The first time I crashed my Raptor 90 SE it was due to tail failure. The small wing nut thing that controls the tail unscrewed in flight! Even with locktite! So the next time I locktited that sucker down hard, and checked it all the time. Then the dreaded tail rotor pin came out while in a loop - I found out about the fix for that AFTER it crashed. GRRR. So right now that bird is shelved while I build my Raptor 50 Titan. That will be cheaper to crash :-) |
