What do u think iv been playing in the garrage

its the first one out of the mold so its not perfect finish but its on and just needs painting, im quite happy as im a Vch mechanic by trade.

i might make some of these and put them on ebay, do u think thay will sell.

I think it looks nice,,but I would shave some off the top so it is not so much of a rainbow to it. Just my 2 cents. But all in all looks great i would buy one.

No its fantastic, I make my own canopy's so I know the amount of work and patience that goes in to making something like this.

It looks kind of an 'Alien' shape, cruel looking

You must have spent hours on those compound curves and getting it to fit correctly, really well done, post some pics when you get it painted

looks like a close fit on the canopy mounts; looks pretty cool though. for the righ price, i'd buy one.

The canopy mounts are very close and don't work with the std gromets very well as the edge is at an angle, but it's fine with a piece of fuel tube pushed over the standoffs it grips very well.

I'm making another one atm and im gona look at repositioning the standoffs so they're more centralised in the canopy, and then the std gromets would work allthough im not sure i like them.

yep that is gel-coated and not even been sanded all i did is scrape the joint line with a nife blade to tide it up, it's 200g woven cloth and there is 25mm woven tape to reinforce where the mounts go and acros the top where the started hole is

im tring to paint it lol loads of runs at the mow im doing yellow base coat with black screen and some orange on bottom.... or trying

once done i will upload so pics

i have to get our website to host them and post a link as the pics hear are reduced in size etc.
