Flybarless Rotor Head Systems > Anyone going to try the new flybarless system comming out?

Its a virtual flybar system, eliminating the need for an actual flybar.

Its german mades and sounds to be like a gyro for the cyclic servos, and totally programable. Could be used for new pilots as well as 3D. Sounds interesting, any comments? Anyone see any more info than the site I posted?

Havent seen the price yet, but if the vbar and conversion head for L10 isnt too horrible priced I'll give it a go. I hoped this would be released during the summer, but when they say september it probably means late october or something like that

- just in time for the winter

The advantages are:
- Less moving parts
- The drag from the flybar is removed which means 10-15% less work for the motor.
- You can program it to fly excactly like you want

The downsides are:
- Probably quite expensive
- Yeat another gizmo that could break down and take your heli with it
- Probably bad translated manual

- Not sure but I think it will take lots of fiddeling to get it right
