I replied to all ur pm's Jameson. Your the one bashing me not everyone else. Also if the blades were messed up anyone would have said something. That is not cring like a baby. You never said a peep and I told you that I was not sending 2 day because of the size and weight of the box. You said you would because the rex is little. And it had $1000 insurance. Oh here is a good pm jameson, and if you was so damn unhappy why did you put me on the gg List? Cause I didn't put you on it because you had the wrong motor no and canapy on the rex. I THOUGH LETTING YOU REPLACE A 430L WITH A VOLTAGE WATH WAS DAMN NICE OF ME AS THE VALUE IS NO WHERE CLOSE. SO I WANT CANAPY AND MOTOR OR MONEY.

Now I am upsent I am getting drug through the mudd here. I want you to read all the posts the give your opinion. The guy tells me he never got the first 401 so i send out a 2nd gee sounds better than sorry about your luck. Jameson puts me on the gg list still owes me parts( he admitss it in a post) but still bashes me. This is total BS.

David - this could have all been avoided. I have given you more than a few chances.

As for the recipts you posted - they are post marked today's date. Thank you, I have been asking for this for 4 weeks now.

As for "Enjoy both gyro's" What both - I have yet to recive anything from you - further more you have already claimed to have sent me 2 gyro's so really if you sent another one today you would be more acurate in posting "Enjoy all three gyro's"......... the story still has holes.

We will see what was shipped today when it arrives, If more than one package arrives from you I will send the second one back - no problems. The deal was clear - the TX/RX and case or a 401 and MO. nothing more nothing less - and that is all I have asked for.

As for kissing your ass - for what calling you out to get a response and to get something shipped out TODAY - nearly 6 weeks after our deal

I'll update everyone once the package arrives....... And thanks for all the support and PM's.

As I have already told you david - this could have been avoided - its not like I havent tried to resolve this. The assumption that you have already sent a gyro is fine - show me something showing that, that is all I have asked until 24 hours ago.

Furthermore - Going on the assumption that you sent one is also assuming that it was recived - and it was not - has not. It seems your logic is tat "I sent it so I did my part" trades sometimes take more than that, sometimes you have to follow them up.

If I recive 2 gyro's and 2 money orders you'll get the second ones back, simple as that. Bottom line is (at this point anyway) this : You have showen proof of one money order and one package to me. Thats all, and I am thanking you for that. Had such been provided 3-4 weeks ago when I asked for it this could have and would have been avaoided.

Leejax01 - those receipts are all posted from today. all the time stamps and markings are from today's date. this doesn't show me a lot - defiantly doesn't show the 2 gyro's David has claimed to have sent out over the past weeks. According to his accounting today's would be the third one sent out - yet he is still saying he has sent two. All I have asked for over past weeks was a tracking # or scan of the Money order recipt(s) from the money order(s) that were already (supposedly) sent.

If more than one Gyro / Money Order arrives - it will get sent back, simple and clean.

Guys if I miss interpreted either of your posts I apologize. My head is heading about 20 directions right now............

I mean someone who has NO TIES to either of you and could look through all the receipts and other paper work...I just think that that like a little movie I just saw "HOODWINKED"; there is truth in both of your statements and until both can be put together; then and only then can a solution be found...I'm just older than dirt and have seen a lot situation over less than what's going on here, end in a bad way...life is just tooooo short...only one thing is for sure...ONLY THE BOTH OF YOU KNOW WHAT HAS REALLY HAPPENED!!!

As for 3 gyro,s no just 2. The other one was mailed normal and have never had anything come up missing, I just feel like maybe it was received and since I can't prove it I am screwed. I hope not but that is why I have been reluctant to send out another gyro, but it is and hopefuly I get 1 back as the 2nd gyro was not a spare it was in a heli that I can't fly til I can buy another gyro.

As for the phone numbers being posted - I have sent mine to David on several occasions over the recent weeks. I really do not desire to post it in public for different reasons. If Mr Yates wishes to call he can - if he wishes to provide me with his number I would be willing to call him - that being said though the time for calls (I feel) was weeks ago when I 1st provided my # to him........) It didn't work then so I escalated it and finally lead a public posting to try and resolve it. David posted proof that action was taken today - I have thanked him publicly already and will await delivery of the package.

Other than that I will update here once it arrives...

As far as I am concerned were cool for now - as long as the package comes and all - were cool.

I have given David my word that if a second package arrives it will be sent back very next day. That is fair and that is all I am asking for out of this deal.

Hopefully we can get through this and get the trade finished and hopfully get everything worked out.

done deal

OK - heres the update

I have recived the Gyro and money order that was sent out on the 15th (2 days ago). So as far as I am conscerned the deal is done. It was a bit shaky and some possible miscomunications along the way but I have recived what I was promissed. I am deeply saddened that it got so crazy and all - but while it wasn't the most ideal transaction it was successfully compleated.

As for the possible "1st sent gyro" as I told David already if it shows up here I will let him know that same day and it will go back to him the next morning - I got no problems with doing that, all I wanted was what I was promissed in the beginging - noting more nothing less.

Since the deal was finally cmpleated I'm not going to leave a flaming and ranting GG Listing - but I am not going to leave a "GREAT TRANSACTION" one either.

Thanks to everyone who voiced a opinion and helped this along and all - Hopefully no one else has such a issue here on RR. Take care and fly safe all.
