dose any one know this guy amitush25 he got me for 230 bucks on a OS 91 and wont give back my money so stay clear of this guy just thought I would get this out in the open I try evey thing to get my money back did a claim on paypal and he saying that he can't give me my money back until I cancel the caim has any body had that problem?

Have him send a MO then cancel the paypal case!! Dont cancel it without getting the cash!!!

That sucks Randy. Have you already escalated the dispute with Paypal to a claim? Or at this point is it still in the dispute process?

If it is still in dispute, there is no reason why he cannot refund your money. At that point Paypal is not really involved. If you have escalated the dispute to a claim, then basically what you are asking Paypal to do is to make judgement on who is in the right and what should be done as far a compensation goes.

I hope this works out for you.

paypal has found in my favor but he won't send the engine or a MO to refund the money he lives in Isreal and said that there is no MO there I've been in a lot of different country and never had any porblem sending money or getting it sounds a littel fishy to me

Not to be rude, but why would you pay $230.00 to a guy in ISRAEL when for a few dollars more you can buy a new one from a USA Dealer, or someone who is withing a$$kicking distance?

Man this sucks. I know it's not politically correct to pass judgement, but this guy has no honor and is a thief. Now whether he's from Israel or Indy a thief is a thief. He'll get what he deserves.

We should all pay attention to the lessons given here and only do business where we have recourse.

racingrandy, this is very sad to hear, especially after the case with alawel mentioned above by Sarge3D.

Unfortunately, when i wanted to help Amitush25 in the deal with alawel for the blades he had asked me to mind my own business and not interfere with his dealings, so i cant do anything about it at this point, as per Amitush25's request.

Please accept my deepest apologies about not being able to help, and let me inform you that most my flying buddies are good, decent, respectful people and very easy and honest to do business with at all times.

I have worked extremely hard to earn the reputation of a decent sales man on RR. Sometimes i really wish others did the same.

Lior has been very willing to help with my situation. I have a tracking number and it actually shows that there is a package in US customs, I should know in a few days if I got blades or a box of sand. For the record, I have dealt with Lior on another deal and he is a good person to deal with.

It's a shame that someone is willing to sell there name for such a small amount of money. These two deals will follow Amit for sometime.

I dealt with him once. It took him over a month to send me a 601 gyro. I had to jog his memory by posting something in the for sale add that got his attention before he finally shipped it. He gave me one excuse after the other as to why it wasn't shipped. I finally received my gyro and it works as he advertised so I never posted anything negative. I would never buy anything off of him again though.

That's exactly what I did with Kirrajack-ass (kirrajas), the RunRyder Clown Prince.....

I clicked on "Add me to the good guy list" and then proceeded to explain the deal gone bad within the body of the post......

That's as good as having a "bad guy" list, as Al said.....

you know that's a good idea I'll add that to the GG list my be it will help keep other people for getting ripp off I have done alot of buying and seling on RR lately and I have good dealings with people and no mater how carful you are sooner or later there are some of those poeple that shouldn't be here and will take you and I fell that we should always post thing like this to help other people from getting taken and make this a safe place to deal and I thank I3DM for any help and hope he and his felow flyer know now not to deal with this guy so they don't get ripp off

Al, please dont post wrong info, i buy a lot from the US and far east and more, and none of the shops i work with ever refused to ship to Israel.

Comments like these can put out a bad name to us Israelis as a group, which is exactly what me and my friends are trying to avoid.
