New & Emerging R/C Helicopters > TZ90/Stinger?? Tail vibe...please advice

I've encountered a problem I have a slight vibration in the tail (up and down). What I have done to remedy this is the following: balanced the whole tail assembly, changed blades to new sab blades, changed all the bearings, but still the vibe is there. Is it possible that this can be an engine issue?? I just put in a brand new OS .61 SXH WC and for the time beeing breaking that in, i have run about 1 gallon of coolpower 15% through it....can this be it or is it the curves??? Please any input is appreciated....

I had the same problem with my stinger 90 to, first it was a set of carbon tail blades then i figured out it was do to a rich engine and low head speed, get the engine broke in and see if the vib gose away.

Hey I didn't ask for this fetish.!!!But I'am sure paying for it....

Mine was shaking one day, but that was because I had the tail spinning in the wrong direction(late night rebuild ) I run 1950 and it is smooth.

I raised the headspeed and the vibe got worse so I figured lower it considerably so I did and the viberation smoothed right out. It's just a little bit now, does that make any sense? BTW I leaned out the engine too....so my question is: Is this an engine matter or a combination?

we had the same prob. with a rap 50 titan tried bal all blades no good tried new shafts yes tail and main no good the problem ended up being a bad auto hub the one way bearing had very small pits in it and started to viberate at about 1650 and got worse the higher you went the problem was only the tail would vibe so we hunted back there for 2 days any way something else ti think about
