I'm sure you've all been following Kirrajackass' whimsical attempts at humor, most recently, in his classified ad to sell a helicopter...

In his second to last post, here is what he says....

Well ??? I'm sure that you are all going to be shocked to learn that Kirrajackass, the Clown Prince, has closed the thread..... Now, unless he has a time machine, it is impossible for anyone to have received this helicopter, if in fact, it has been sold at all....

If it has, Kirrajas has deprived me from wiping my willie on any type of a receipt !! I feel hurt !

Then the Clown Prince writes:

And then, like the true coward that he is, closes the thread so that no one else can respond......

Not surprising given his lack of moral character, or any character for that matter.....

I should have pressed the issue but dgoss, being the nice guy he is, wanted to give the guy a chance to make things right..... obviously, he has not....

Maybe dgoss should re-think the issue and have his sorry ass arrested....

I also gave this jackass every opportunity to make things right with me and he chose not to as well....

Based on principle, I can't see how anyone in their right mind would want to support this looser by buying from him.....

Juan, if this constitutes mail fraud then perhaps it's a federal offense. He may be singing a completely new tune when the cops pay him a visit. I wouldn't hesitate to call the authorities. The sooner the better.

Hey Guys,

I appreciate all of your supportive comments and the many supportive PM's I have gotten regarding this matter....

Kirrajas, The Clown Prince, has had a certain MO (Modus Operandi)lately..... he lays low, very similar to a snake hiding underneath a rock, and then after a while, he comes and posts more of his overpriced crap for sale as if nothing has ever happened.....Then all he can say is "look at me in the Good Guy list....."

It doesnt matter to me or most others if a person is on the Good Guy list 1000 times but at the same time, screws a fellow modeler to the tune of $480 (dgoss), me to the tune of just $5 dollars and others that have posted with less than desirable dealings with him.....

To me, a person has to be 100 % on the up and up, otherwise he/she cannot be deemed trustworthy....

Kirrajackass has repeatedly lied to me, dgoss and others... that is a proven fact. Both me and dgoss have tons of PM's to easily prove that. He has had a judgement against him by PayPal and as a result, has lost his PayPal account privilidges........And most recently, you have seen examples yourself of his lies such as "I'm getting out of the hobby , that's why I'm selling everything" just to have him buying more RC related stuff a day or two later..... that happened the last time he got spanked by me, about one month ago......People like kirrajas feel that they are "smarter" than the rest of us and thus, he believes that he can get away with his crap un-noticed.

I am here to tell you all that I will not let this issue die until kirrajas makes good on his debt..... maybe then can attempt to salvage his reputation given time...

Juan, I think we get the point.

No offense, but, is someone going to escalate this through the proper channels (legal action) or improper channels (mafia) or are we going to beat this dead horse forever?

I hate to see fellow modelers getting ripped off by some low life scum, but if someone really wants to stop this guy then I think something more than these posts needs to be done.

For all we know this is some 12 year old kid and Mommy and Daddy have no idea what he's doing.

Perhaps a call to his local Police Dept. will yield some results. Or, perhaps the Post Office has some procedure for filing a claim for mail fraud if this falls in that category.

I think the escalating he's getting here on rr is prim & proper. I think by what Juan is doing is keeping others from being ripped off from the clown prince. And many who happen to stumble on this post will thank him for it. But maybe someone can file something and let him know stealing isn't tolerated here on rr. Jimmi

We already have the ability here to have a very effective Bad Guy List. It's called the Good Guy List, and on a Bad Guy's classified ad is where it starts.

When you see an ad (or an offer to buy) from someone who's ripped you off, or someone you know has a bad history, click on his 'Add Me To Good Guy List' link and POST your story about that Bad Guy's previous bad dealings.

The Good Guy List can do exactly what we need it to do -- spread the word about both the Good Guys AND the Bad Guys -- with very little effort.

No offense taken...... if you read the posts that followed yours, it is obvious that folks here on RR are greatful that I am keeping this horse alive....

The reason I'm keeping it alive is that there is a LOT of traffic and new people joining the forum on a daily basis.....

The Clown Prince has a tendency to lay low for a while and then he re-appears again to do his thing...... Well, much to his dislike, I will be here each and every time nipping at his heels..... maybe some day he will get tired of this whole thing and pay dgoss the money that is due to him....

Trust me when I tell you, kirrajas is not a kid. He's an adult and knows exactly what he is doing..... When he ripped me off for a lousy $5 dollars, kirrajas was using a friends paypal account when we did our transaction. I took action, did research on this clown and contacted his friend regarding the issue. His friend, a reputable businessman who shall remain unnamed, refunded my $$ through PayPal because he was fearful that I would drag his name and business name into the matter.... I would NOT have, but he did not want to take any chances....

So you see, there is a LOT to this story and the story with kirrajas that is not being told.... you would have to read pages upon pages from old posts to catch it all....

Bottom line: Here is where the problem lies: kirrajackass has no conception of right from wrong or truth from fiction....

I will remain here to assure that other potential victims can make an informed decision prior to dealing with him.....

Juan, I am greatful as well. No one likes being ripped off or hearing about anyone being ripped off.

I just wanted to make sure this is being handled the right way. Based on some other information I received this is certainly being handled correctly. However, I wasn't able to ascertain that from the postings here.

Now, all we need is a better way to track these scammers. Contstantly posting to a thread to keep it alive doesn't seem like the best option. We need a better solution....
