Yes ordered direct from http://www.mscomposit.com/ I see they have updated their website, how about updating some back orders !

I ordered the Blue metal flybar carrier and Blue metal tail grips for my X3D.

I sent a payment of $79.98 then a sent a second payment of $20.00 to cover shipping to the UK

I was going to order another X3D but as their mail order is so sh*t I would probably never get it.

That's odd. Joe Giski is the guy at MS USA and he gave me excellent service and prices. He even threw a few xtra parts!

Have you gotten any responce from him as to what is going on?

Joe always returned all my pms and even phone calls but now that I come to think of it, I have been trying to contact in the last few days, but I have not heard from him. He may be sick or something -I hope he is fine.

The last time I emailed I sent a PDF of the PayPal statements and what was ordered etc, this was months ago still no items.

I've giving up chasing them now, I had a seperate folder in my emails just for this order as I had so many emails

I would like to get another X3D, but with this sort of customer service, theres no chance of me buying anything from them !

Dude,

I am sure Joe has something to say about this. I know that this must be very frustarting -I'd be enraged!- but all I can say is -keep tryng to get your parts.

Again, I have spoken to Joe and altough I do not know him very well, I don't belive he would bilk someone out of their hard-earned money. There must be something else going on.
